One fire engine from Powey Lane and one from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service
Details
Fire crews were called to a large fire (around 5 x 5 metres) involving garden waste. Firefighters used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
It is suspected to have been ignited deliberately and police were in attendance.
