Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished a fire in a first floor bedroom of a house using a hose reel jet. A high‑pressure fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
Three people were taken to hospital as a precaution for checks due to smoke inhalation.
The fire is believed to have been caused by a candle.
