A fire on the ground floor of a disused building saw firefighters' attendance.
A hose reel jet was used to bring the fire under control externally before firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building to tackle the fire internally.
The drone was deployed to investigate whether the fire had spread throughout the property.
Firefighters cut back the area affected by the fire to check for hotspots with a thermal imaging camera and any signs of fire spread.
The property was ventilated using a high-pressure fan.
Police have been made aware of this incident.
