Crews attended a fire involving an area of dry grass and foliage measuring around 30m by 15m, which had affected a nearby end-terrace property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus gained access to the affected property to check for fire spread and also confirmed there were no signs of heat or smoke in neighbouring homes. Cadent Gas attended after the fire affected an external gas supply and resolved the issue at the scene. Crews remained at the scene dampening down and carrying out thermal imaging checks. This incident was closed at 21:55.
