One fire engine from Crewe and one fire engine from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service

Firefighters were called to reports of a fire alarm sounding in a house in Crewe. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire which was discovered on the first floor. The utilities were isolated, and all persons were accounted for. This is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
