Firefighters are at a field fire on Bank House Lane in Frodsham.
Crews have surrounded the fire on all four sides and are continuing to work hard to dampen it down and bring it under control.
Residents nearby are advised to keep doors and windows closed if they are affected by smoke and to avoid the immediate area where possible.
