Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a motorbike that was well alight in Prestbury. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots, which were dampened down. No injuries were reported.
An environmental pack was used to soak up fuel leaking from the vehicle, and police closed the road in both directions.
