Further to the original Facilities Management request, the contract below has expired. Please provide the current status.

Atalian Servest - food contract

Regarding the Atalian Servest Catering contract, although technically expired it is in the process of being extended while we run a procurement exercise for a new contract.  Once the contract extension has been signed it will be published on www.blpd.gov.uk/foi and available to view

Berendsen UK - laundry contract

The Laundry contract is now with Elis (the new name for Berensden), this is being tendered on behalf of the NW by GMF&RS at the moment, with bids due back 11^th May 2022.  Once the contract is in place it will be published on www.blpd.gov.uk/foi and available to view.

I would like the organisation to review my freedom of information request below, that’s focused around contract data for services around facilities management.

 1.      Office and building cleaning – Service contract that is focused around office, commercial and building cleaning services.  -  see below

 2.      Lift service and maintenance – Service contract for lift service and maintenance.

A new Lift Contract is being established under the Fusion 21 Framework, the contract is currently in the signing stage, once that has concluded it will be published on www.blpd.gov.uk/foi and available to view.

 3.      Food – Service contract that is focused around catering services.

 4.      General waste services contracts – The organisation’s primary general waste service contract.
