A neighbour of ours has decided to put a Juliet balcony in a listed building without planning permission, it has obviously been rejected, he claims the reason for this building work was for a fire escape ( which he already has fire escape windows)
He claims he had a house fire 8 yrs ago involving two fire engines and took 5 hours to extinguish the fire , but there has never been a fire .
Could you please confirm that there was or was not a fire in this property,
The property is : walnut tree farm, Primrose lane , Alvanley WA6 9BW
