Please may you provide me with the most recent raw fire incident data available in tabular format, for the years 2018 – present. Explicitly we need the coordinates of the fires (to the nearest meter), the date the fire occurred, and any information on the fire itself (type and cause for example).

Data caveat: please be advised that the data has been provided with a 6 figure coordinate, this is because to provide the full coordinate could identify an individual property which in turn may directly or indirectly identify an individual and is therefore the personal data of a third party (as defined by the GDPR (a4.1) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (s3.2)). Releasing this personal data would be likely to contravene the first data protection principle (as defined by the GDPR (a5) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (s35)).
Therefore, to assist and to avoid engaging this exemption we have provided what data we can within the limitations of the Act.
