Please provide details for how many complaints of bullying, racism, sexism, discrimination or harassment have been made at your authority for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 22 there have been a total of 33 complaints of bullying, racism, sexism, discrimination or harassment made.
Please also provide a breakdown of action taken for these cases. How many accused individuals have been found to be guilty, how many accused were terminated, how many resigned with full pension before a judgement was reached, and how many were acquitted.
There was evidence found against a total of 12 individuals involved in the 33 cases.
2 individuals were dismissed.
2 individuals resigned who were a member of a Service pension scheme (access to pension benefits is stipulated by the criteria of the particular pension scheme).
Out of the 33 cases, there was 16 individuals where no evidence was found to support the complaints against them.
There were 11 cases where informal action was taken as a result.
There are three cases without an outcome (due to investigations/processes still ongoing)
