Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish a fire that is believed to have started accidentally due to a fridge freezer. The blaze spread to nearby household waste and fence panels, which were found well alight upon arrival.
To ensure the fire had not reached adjacent properties, crews removed cladding and used a thermal imaging camera to check for any hidden hotspots or signs of further spread both externally and within the property.
