Details
Firefighters were called to reports of smoke and a fire in a house in Scholar Green.
On arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property with a hose reel. The fire was out, and a high-pressure fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
All persons were accounted for. This is believed to have been caused by a tumble dryer.
