Fire crews attended an incident involving baled and wrapped hay.
Firefighters used hose reel jets to damp down the affected hay while the farmer removed unaffected bales to prevent the fire from spreading. Crews also used rakes to separate the hay and ensure it was thoroughly cooled.
All affected hay was removed and extinguished, and thermal imaging cameras were used to check for any remaining hot spots. Following final safety checks, crews left the scene shortly after 2.30pm.
