Fire crews attended a call to an unsafe structure following a tree falling and causing damage to the roof and an external wall. Firefighters assessed the scene, isolated the electricity supply as a precaution, and cordoned off the area.
Crews worked with partner agencies, including the local authority and building inspectors, to assess the structural safety of the property. Access to the property and the immediate surrounding area was restricted while specialist contractors made arrangements to remove the tree.
One occupant was assessed by paramedics at the scene as a precaution.
