I understand your organisation has got a high rating on Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index scheme.
Can you tell me how much in total you paid to Stonewall in last year, including fees, exhibitions, etc
We last paid Stonewall in January 2022 for Stonewall Diversity Membership. The subscription covered the period 01/02/22 – 31/03/23. I can confirm that we have not paid anything to Stonewall since the above payment was made to them
Also how many FTE staff have Diversity and Inclusion titles.
We employ 1.0 FTE Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. No other staff have ‘diversity’ or ‘inclusion’ in their title.
With any kind of top 20 or gold awards, what is used to give a high rating and what is this measured against. Are these checklists made public for everyone to see?

Using words like "inclusive" are a bit too vague, I'm looking for some specific reasons what makes your organisation deserve such an accolade.
