Please can you provide me with the following information:

1. Do you have any former Control Staff that have transferred out of Control in the last 20 years into Grey Book roles higher than Watch Manager?

Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service and NorthWest Fire Control do not have any records, of any former Control Staff that have transferred out of Control in the last 20 years into Grey Book roles higher than Watch Manager.

2. Do they have or maintain an operational competency either with Control or for operational incidents?

N/A

3.  Are they paid in accordance with the NJC agreed Firefighter Roles pay scale or Control Specific Roles pay scale?
