We wish to establish as much information as is available pertaining to the storage or fuel or hydrocarbons on the Site.  Please find attached the site location plan for the above enquiry.  We would be obliged if you could supply the following information:

• Number and location of any current or former petroleum storage tanks on site and associated infrastructure (e.g. interceptors, vent pipes, bund information etc)

• Any records of leaks, spills or other related pollution incidents

• Products stored and approximate capacity of tanks

• Details of any remediation including any information relating to filled tanks and method of filling

• Date of remediation works, if appropriate

• Date license was granted or surrendered

Our Response:

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service is not the enforcing authority for the Petroleum regulations and therefore we do not hold any of the required information.

This FOI should be directed to the Local Authority for the relevant area who have jurisdiction for these regulations.
