Our Response:

1. What software you are currently using to facilitate BACS payments and what is the date of the renewal of this contract?

   We currently use Bottomline PTX to process BACS payments and the renewal is due in May 2025.

2. How much you are paying annually for this contract, and where do you advertise for this tender?

   The cost of this service in 2023-24 was £3,281.15 excluding VAT. The contract is unlikely to go out for tender due to the value.
