Please may you provide me with:
The percentage of females that were successful compared with the percentage of males that were successful following the interview stage ONLY for the Whole Time Fire Fighter positions in your previous recruitment campaign of 2023.
The percentage of applicants for the role of Wholetime Firefighter in 2023’s campaign was 14.5%. Following the subsequent online tests, practical tests, and interview stages of the selection process, the percentage of applicants who were appointed following an interview was 56% male and 44% female. All appointments were based on merit, meaning that only the highest scoring candidates at interview were appointed.
