Contact made with neighbour but unable to address problem, requested EA to attend but was informed it does not meet their criteria, requested Cheshire East Council to attended to look at road drainage and to arrange for removal of standing water, Incident handover form completed and handed over to Cheshire East. Crews used Honda pump to pump out water under the property, no electrics involved.
2101005590	20/01/2021 15:58	Special Service	Dwelling	House	Flooding>>Advice only	Large detached house under 2ft of water. Electrics isolated affecting ground floor. Advice given. No further action taken by Fire Service.
