Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I request the following information regarding the fire at Tower Garage, Whitby’s Lane, Winsford, on or about 5 November 2024:

1. The full incident log, including times, nature of the fire, materials involved, and any hazards identified;

2. Any photographs or videos taken by attending crews;

3. Any statements or assessments made as to the materials burned, including whether tyres or plastics were involved;

4. Any communication between Cheshire Fire & Rescue and Cheshire West and Chester Council regarding this incident.

1. The full incident log, including times, nature of the fire, materials involved, and any hazards identified;

   There are no records against Tower Garage, however, it is possible that incident number 2411002988 aligns with your request, it is recorded as ‘Whitbys Lane Garage, Whitbys Lane, Winsford, CW7 2LX’. However, this was recorded as good intent false alarm - fire, so it appears it was considered controlled burning on the site. Therefore, there is very limited information.

2. Any photographs or videos taken by attending crews;

   None

3. Any statements or assessments made as to the materials burned, including whether tyres or plastics were involved;

   None

4. Any communication between Cheshire Fire & Rescue and Cheshire West and Chester Council regarding this incident.

   There are no records of any communication between CFRS Protection and Cheshire West and Cheshire Council regarding this incident.
