Please provide us with the following information concerning the property:

1. The earliest year that records are maintained on file by the Fire Department.

2. Any record of underground or aboveground storage tanks.

3. Any records of spills or releases of petroleum products and/or hazardous materials.

4. The date of last Fire Department inspection.

5. Any OUTSTANDING Fire code violations.

6. Any records of fire incidents for which AFFF was utilised as a suppressant.

7. Current or historical operation of a fire suppression system that utilises AFFF.

1. The earliest year that records are maintained on file by the Fire Department.

   Our in-house database hold records on this site dating back to 2015.

2. Any record of underground or aboveground storage tanks.

   CFRS have a Site Specific Risk Information record for this site that details numerous Acetylene, LGP, Oxygen, and Argon Storage Cylinders across the site. We do not hold any information regarding any underground cylinder storage tanks.

3. Any records of spills or releases of petroleum products and/or hazardous materials.

   Other than a few false alarms attended (last one was in 2015), CFRS has not attended this address for any Fires or Special Service incidents.

4. The date of last Fire Department inspection.

   The last routine inspection was carried out on the “Assembly Shop” building on 15/04/2015.

5. Any OUTSTANDING Fire code violations.

   None recorded.

6. Any records of fire incidents for which AFFF was utilised as a suppressant.

   No information held.
