I am writing to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. How many buildings within the area that you cover were identified following Grenfell as having potentially dangerous cladding?

2. How many of those still have the potentially dangerous cladding identified?

3. Can you provide a list of the buildings still affected?

4. Is anything in place to monitor these buildings?

1. How many buildings within the area that you cover were identified following Grenfell as having potentially dangerous cladding?

   There was one building identified. This was an educational building and not a residential building. It was remediated though.

2. How many of those still have the potentially dangerous cladding identified?

   None

3. Can you provide a list of the buildings still affected?

   N/A

4. Is anything in place to monitor these buildings?

   The offices have a Risk Based Inspection Program that ensures our most risky buildings are inspected and monitored. Also local offices are aware of the risks in their respective area.
