I would like to know the exact number of operational staff who have been asked to attend an informal attendance management meeting after hitting one of the four triggers of sickness over the last three years. I do not wish to know exact details of the meetings or who was involved.

I would also like to know if a person hits two of the triggers does this take it straight to a stage one discipline hearing.

Finally what is your procedure to take a person from an informal attendance management hearing to a stage one discipline according to your policy.

In the last 3 years 41 operational staff have been asked to attend an informal attendance management meeting after hitting one of the four triggers of sickness.

I would also like to know if a person hits two of the triggers does this take it straight to a stage one discipline hearing.

This information is not held as there are other factors that need to be considered.

Finally what is your procedure to take a person from an informal attendance management hearing to a stage one discipline according to your policy.
