Further to my previous requests may I please request the following data.

Since February 2024 to present day how many operational staff have been required to attend an informal attendance meeting.

And how many operational staff have been asked to attend a stage 1 discipline hearing for attendance for that same period.

The Freedom of Information Act allows us to refuse a request if it is vexatious or repeated. This information has already been provided in previous requests, albeit over a three-year period, to provide the data in smaller timescales would potentially enable someone to identify the individuals involved therefore we are unable to provide this information.

You have now submitted 5 requests that are very similar in nature and all within a very short timeframe, therefore any further requests that are of a similar vein will be refused. To assist you in understanding the act and how the exemption of vexatious and repeated requests are applied I have attached the link.
