Is it permitted for a leaseholder/resident to have sight of the latest fire inspection report for the development? If so, how can this be accomplished?

Our Response:

A report would only be drafted if there was evidence of several areas of non-compliance in the premises, some concerns if only minor and isolated may be reported verbally, so therefore no report would be drafted.

If a report exists in relation to Mallard Court, Long Lane, Upton, Chester, CH2 1JN then this would have been shared with the managing agents. It is their decision should they wish to disclose the report to residents or not.
