We have carefully considered your request and have determined that the information you are requesting comprises of personal data relating to individuals other than yourself, therefore unfortunately we are unable to disclose the information requested.

Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act allows an exception to be applied to the disclosure of information where disclosure would contravene UK GDPR. Section 40(2) is an absolute exemption so there is no requirement to apply a Public Interest Test.
