Eight fire engines from Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe, Holmes Chapel, Winsford, Lymm, Knutsford and Powey Lane are in attendance alongside a water bowser, and a Command Unit from Northwich.

Firefighters are currently dealing with a large fire at an industrial site in Northwich involving approximately five HGV trailers in a yard, one of which contains plastic material.
Crews wearing four sets of breathing apparatus are using two main jets and two hose reel jets to tackle the fire.
UPDATE 22:48 A water bowser has now been set up to supply additional water to the crews.
UPDATE 23:10 The number of fire engines on scene has now been reduced to three.
