Emergency services attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. One vehicle was on top of a barrier with one person still inside. The occupant was able to get out with minimal assistance, they were later checked by paramedics at the scene. Fire crews made the vehicle safe for recovery and left the incident with police.
