671 staff completed unconscious bias elearning training in the financial year 2022/23.  This elearning has a 2 year cycle meaning staff need to complete this every 2 years.

9 staff attended Recruitment and Selection training which has an element of unconscious bias within it.

67 staff attended Induction which has an element of unconscious bias within it.
