The information I require relates to the organisation’s software contract, please send me the organisation’s primary contract around the types of contracts below.

I require the organisations to provide me with the following contract information relating to the following corporate software/enterprise applications:

A. Enterprise Resource Planning Software Solution (ERP) - this is the organisation’s main

ERP system and may include service support, maintenance and upgrades.

B. Primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution - this is the organisation’s main

CRM system and may include service support, maintenance and upgrades. Examples of CRM systems the organisation may used could include Microsoft Dynamics, Front Office, Lagan CRM, Firm step

C. Primary Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Software Solution - this is the organisation’s main

HR/payroll system and may include service support, maintenance and upgrades. In some cases, the HR contract maybe separate to the payroll contract please provide both types of contracts. Example of HR/Payroll systems the organisation may use could include iTrent, Resource link.

D. The organisation’s primary corporate Finance Software Solution - this is the organisation’s main

Finance system and may include service support, maintenance and upgrades. Examples of finance systems the organisation may use could include E-Business suite, Agresso (Unit4), eFinancials, Integra, SAP

You will find Open HR under contract reference CPA/SPU/1073F. Cheshire Fire Authority outsource payroll to an external provider, therefore do not use payroll software in house.

You will find details of Agresso under contract reference CPA/SPU/1074F, please advise if this is not what you were referring to.

I have provided further details below against each of the systems A - D.

A. Enterprise Resource Planning Software Solution (ERP) - this is the organisation’s main

Cheshire Fire Authority use Agresso/Unit 4 which is an ERP system but only use the financials side of things and that is covered in other questions below.

B. Primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution - this is the organisation’s main

CRM system and may include service support, maintenance and upgrades. Examples of CRM systems the organisation may used could include Microsoft Dynamics, Front Office, Lagan CRM, Firm step

Cheshire Fire Authority do not use a CRM system.

C. Primary Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Software Solution - this is the organisation’s main

The name of the software used by Cheshire Fire Authority for HR is OpenHR which incorporates OpenHR Data Manager v 9.2.5, OpenHR Security Manager v9.2.3 (for setting up permissions/user groups) and OpenHR System Manager v 9.2.8 (for system admin/configuration).

Cheshire Fire Authority outsource payroll to an external provider, therefore do not use payroll software in house.

D. The organisation’s primary corporate Finance Software Solution - this is the organisation’s main

Cheshire Fire Authority use Unit 4 Business World (renamed to ‘continuous release’ recently) provided by Unit 4. The Software and licences are owned by CFRS and a yearly support and maintenance contract is procured from Unit 4. We have unlimited web licences.
