Cheshire Resilience Forum

The Cheshire Resilience Forum (CRF) was created as a response to The Civil Contingencies Act 2004, but was built on the very firm foundations of an emergency planning structure that had served Cheshire, Halton and Warrington well since the 1970s.

The CRF is a multi-agency partnership made up of representatives from local public services, including the blue-light emergency services, local authorities, the NHS, the Environment Agency, Public Health England and other partners.
